I was so surprised with how busy the florist was, that they were able to get my order in last minute for a corsage. . . And it was a beautiful corsage. When I went to pick it up, I was amazed by the beautiful floral arrangements in their store. I honestly had never seen such creativity in arrangements at any florist I’d been to over the years. I should have taken photos. I’ll be going back for me one day. The corsage was incredibly beautiful! The florist, who is also the shop owner, was a warm and cheerful lady who genuinely cares about her designs and her clients' happiness. I wanted a fuller corsage, and she immediately came up with a new idea and created a brand new corsage with a different selection of flowers right away. She mentioned that prom is a significant day, and she wanted her client and his date to be happy. My heart melted... ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much Sunny ,for your kind of words! Lake O. Floral did an outstanding job on two same day corsage orders we made for prom.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
