The delivered balloon was different from the the website picture. I expected several balloons according to the website. But there was just one. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you very much ,Barbara for your feedback, I'm very sorry ,the pic there says that we can do this , but balloons are sold individually. We have added a beautiful bird for decoration to your order for free. thank you again!!!

Excellent customer service and lovely arrangement - I searched online for a highly rated florist and then found an orchid arrangement I wanted to send. I placed the order directly online with ease. After I received the confirmation email, I noticed I had a misspelled a word in my message. I called and the florist who made the correction with a great attitude. She send me a photo of the completed arrangement to ask if it was what I wanted. The delivery person texted me that my order was delivered and where it was left at the home. The order was delivered and brought joy to my friends within only a few hours of my placing the order! I highly recommend this florist. The customer service and communications were exemplary.
